**Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and execute strategies to maximize rental occupancy and revenue for the holiday homes department.
-   Maintain a thorough understanding of local market conditions, competitors, and industry trends to inform pricing strategies and property selection.
-   Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, including negotiating rental agreements and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
-   Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective advertising and promotional campaigns, utilizing a variety of channels such as online listings, social media, and direct mail.
-   Coordinate property inspections, repairs, and maintenance to ensure properties are in excellent condition and meet guests' expectations.
-   Develop and implement customer service standards and procedures to ensure high guest satisfaction and repeat bookings.
-   Manage the booking and reservation system, handling inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints that arise.
-   Monitor financial performance of the department, including revenue, expenses, and budget, and provide regular reports to senior management.
-   Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations related to the holiday homes industry and ensure compliance at all times.

## Requirements

**Qualifications and Skills:**

-   Bachelor's degree in business administration real estate.
-   Proven experience in a similar role within the holiday homes or vacation rental industry at least 5 years.
-   Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations pertaining to holiday homes and short-term rentals.
-   Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
-   Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with property owners and guests.
-   Proficiency in property management software and systems.
-   Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
-   Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
-   Availability to work weekends and evenings as required.
-   Must Driving License.
