## Description

**Collections Executive – Fully Remote**

-   **Salary:** £26,000 per annum, plus the opportunity to earn a bonus of up to £1,000 per year
-   **Hours:** 37.5 hours per week
-   **Shifts:** 7.5-hour shifts Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 8:00pm
-   **Weekend Working:** 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:00am to 2:00pm)
-   **Start Date**: 26th October

Every conversation has the potential to make a positive impact. As a **Collections Executive** at Target Group, you'll work with customers experiencing financial difficulties, helping them find practical solutions and regain control of their finances.

This is a role where empathy, active listening, and problem-solving go hand in hand.

**What You'll Be Doing**

-   Speaking with customers who have fallen into financial hardship against secured products such as Mortgages
-   Taking the time to understand each customer's individual circumstances
-   Conducting income and expenditure reviews to assess affordability
-   Agreeing realistic and sustainable repayment arrangements tailored to customer needs
-   Providing reassurance and support through clear, professional communication
-   Identifying vulnerable customers and signposting them to appropriate support services where needed
-   Delivering fair customer outcomes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
-   Creating positive customer experiences by getting things right first time

**Experience That Would Be Beneficial**

-   Previous collections, recoveries, arrears or debt management experience
-   Experience working within Financial Services
