## Description

We are looking for **Medical Records Retriever** to join a fast growing healthcare account in Davao City. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Request and retrieve intake records from ambulance services and hospitals
-   Retrieve prior medical records relevant to the case
-   Track request status and perform timely follow-ups
-   Communicate with healthcare providers to resolve delays
-   Maintain organized, chronological record files
-   Ensure compliance with HIPAA and documentation standards

## Requirements

-   At least HS Graduate old curriculum
-   1 year of healthcare experience is required
-   Medical retrieval experience is preferred
-   Outbound call experience is preferred
-   Graveyard shift and shifting schedule (US Account)
-   Must be willing to work onsite in Davao
-   Strong understanding of medical terminology
-   Experience requesting and tracking records from hospitals and large systems
-   Strong working knowledge of personal injury case flow
-   Ability to identify missing treatment gaps independently
