## Description

**Location:** Ortigas (Onsite)

**Schedule:** Mid-shift

**Requirements:**

-   Must have 15 years experience in Recruitment in a BPO setup
-   At least 5 years’ experience with end-to-end volume recruitment in a call center environment, as a Manager 
-   Must be amenable to work in Ortigas, Mid-shift schedule
-   Must have handled at least a team of 8 to 10 HC

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   **Hiring Strategy:** Develop strategies to recruit, screen, and onboard large volumes of candidates quickly.
-   **Team Leadership:** Manage, train, and mentor a team of sources and recruiters to meet aggressive daily and weekly hiring targets.
-   **Process Optimization:** Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment pipeline and implement Applicant Tracking Systems to automate tasks like scheduling and initial screenings.
-   **Vendor Management:** Partner with universities, staffing agencies, and job boards to maximize candidate reach.
-   **Data & Analytics:** Track metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Cost-Per-Hire, and Applicant Conversion Rates to improve processes.
