**Key Responsibilities**

-   Financial Oversight: Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial statements are prepared in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
-   Process Management: Direct and optimize the core financial cycles, including Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
-   Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the accounting staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and operational excellence.
-   Compliance & Audit: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring all statutory requirements and tax filings are completed accurately and on time.
-   Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist executive leadership in financial planning, variance analysis, and cash flow management to support strategic business decisions.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**

-   Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
-   Leadership Experience: At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, with a proven track record of leading a team.
-   Industry Background: Direct experience working within the Retail and/or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sectors is mandatory.
-   Technical Proficiency: Extensive hands-on experience with P2P, O2C, and R2R frameworks.
-   Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (CPA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
-   Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and financial software.
-   Strong understanding of local accounting principles and tax regulations.
-   Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
-   High level of integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
