## Description

We are hiring for B2B Collections / Accounts Receivable Agents to join a growing team at Alabang. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining positive relationships to ensure timely recovery of debts.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Contact customers via phone and email to collect overdue payments
-   Negotiate payment arrangements and offer suitable solutions to delinquent accounts
-   Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions
-   Provide excellent customer service while handling difficult customer situations
-   Collaborate with team members and management to meet collection targets
-   Follow company policies and legal guidelines during collection processes

## Requirements

-   At least a senior high school graduate
-   Must have at least 2 years of B2B collections and Accounts Receivable experience
-   Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
-   Amenable to work fully on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa
-   Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule
-   Can start ASAP
