**Work Schedule:** Day Shift

The **Master Data Lead** is responsible for leading the Master Data team in Manila, ensuring accurate, timely, and well-controlled processing of Master Data activities across the Material, Vendor, Customer, and Finance domains.

**Qualifications:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
-   Training in process improvement, data management, or shared services operations desirable.
-   Willing to work Onsite
-   Willing to work in BGC Taguig
-   Experience: At least 8 years’ experience in master data operations, data management, or shared services delivery roles.
-   Demonstrated experience handling master data transactions across one or more core domains such as Material, Vendor, Customer, or Finance.
-   Experience leading in a service-driven operational environment.
-   Proven ability to manage complex requests, escalations, and process controls with sound judgment.
-   Experience working with stakeholders across functions and geographies preferred.
-   Experience in GBS, shared services, or GCC environments desirable.

**Technical / Functional Skills:**

-   Strong understanding of master data processes, controls, and quality requirements.
-   Ability to review and validate requests thoroughly to ensure complete and accurate data capture.
-   Strong working knowledge of ERP or master data workflows and request management processes.
-   Ability to monitor service performance, analyse trends, and act on operational issues.
-   Strong documentation and process discipline.
