## Description

We are seeking a Retirement Specialist to join a fast-growing team in Taguig City. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their retirement planning and providing comprehensive support throughout the process.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Guide clients through their retirement options and benefits
-   Provide personalized consultations to assess clients' financial situations
-   Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
-   Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions
-   Collaborate with team members to enhance the retirement services offered
-   Stay updated on relevant retirement policies and industry trends
-   Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics

## Requirements

-   Must be a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
-   Has solid experience with U.S. retirement plans (e.g., 401(k), annuities, life insurance), including withdrawals, applications, loans, and policy handling
-   Background in voice and non-voice financial accounts is an advantage
-   Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
-   Must be familiar with plan documents, procedures, and financial products/services
-   Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up in Taguig City
-   Amenable to work on shifting schedule
-   Can start ASAP
