## Description

**Roles & responsibilities** 

-   As an Advisory Lead in this team, you will play a key role in strategizing, developing and delivering Cloud & Software  Engineering solutions for clients
-   Ability to drive the discussion with clients for their Cloud & Software Engineering requirements and provide domain support 
-   Ability to drive engagements in the Cloud, Engineering, Integrations & transformation for organizations
-   Ability to identify the best suited Cloud & Engineering practice for the client environment 
-   Continue to cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation and bringing industry standards to everything we do.
-   Maintain technical and business knowledge of industry directions and trends in the area of agile system development and public cloud
-   Continuously learn, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
-   Ensure cost-effective cloud resource allocation and utilization for effective cloud cost management and optimization across multiple cloud platforms

**Educational qualifications** 

-   A bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent
-   Relevant Azure Certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)

**Work experience**

-   Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions as per architecture best practices across different cloud platforms (Primarily on Azure)
-   Cloud Transformation, Cloud Migration & Modernization, Integrations, FinOps, Cloud Security Assessment

**Mandatory technical & functional skills**

-   Experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions as per architecture best practices across different cloud platforms (Primarily on Azure) 
-   Good understanding of Enterprise Networks, Security and Identity Access Management. 
-   10+ years of programming experience along with architecture, and development experience.
-   Distributed Caching (Redis), Queuing technologies (ActiveMQ, Kafka), Elastic Search.
-   Working knowledge of RESTful / GraphQl APIs.
-   Experience with Data Model, SQL, and No-SQL.
-   Excellent knowledge of Microservices Architecture and implementation.
-   Experience working on software-as-a-service (SaaS), large scale distributed systems and relational/No-SQL databases 
-   Experience with any Azure as public cloud provider and it’s DevOps offerings 
-   Design and manage DevOps solution across the lifecycle (Plan -> Execute -> Operate) 
-   Strong working experience with DevOps, Agile, and Design/Implementation within CI/CD and Secure Software Engineering Best Practices. 
-   Experience leading a team of software engineers.
-   Strong verbal and written communication skills: proven ability to lead both vertically and horizontally to achieve results; thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment and do what it takes to deliver results.

**Preferred technical & functional skills** 

-   Familiarity with serverless technologies like Azure Functions, 
-   Experience with serverless technologies like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Container Apps etc. 
-   Generative AI Concepts: Understanding of Generative AI principles, Large Language Models (LLMs), and their potential applications.
-   Gen AI Frameworks: Familiarity with frameworks or APIs for building Gen AI applications (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI).
