**Location:** IT Park, Cebu

**Schedule:** Nightshift

**Qualifications:**

-   Bachelor's Degree
-   1 to 4 years relevant experience preferred
-   Excellent communication (both written and spoken) High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS office application
-   Knowledgeable in VB/VBA and Power BI
-   Excellent Power apps and Power Automation knowledge
-   Ability to coordinate with Operations Managers for planning of staffing, capacity utilization, seating
-   Good statistical, analytical and reporting skills
-   Knowledge in other WFM activities including Intraday Planning, Forecasting Shrinkage
-   Scripting skills and database knowledge should be an added advantage.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Prepare timely and accurate MIS reports and dashboards as required by the stakeholders 
-   Interact and work closely with management, internal stakeholders & clients to understand the business information needs
-   Ensuring all reports & dashboards are prepared as per stakeholder requirements as per the desired frequency (weekly/ monthly/ quarterly)
