**Work Setup:** Onsite

**Work Location:** Cubao, Quezon City

**Shift:** Monday-Friday; 6am to 3pm; Fixed weekends off

**Non-negotiable Requirements:**

-   At least 7 years  of over-all experience in supply chain management
-   At least 3 years of leadership experience (at least supervisory level)
-   At least HSK 4 Proficiency in Mandarin
-   College level with TOR

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

**Leadership & Organizational Development**

-   Inspire and guide the PH Supply Chain team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability with clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and KPIs.

**Operational Excellence & Execution**

-   Oversee the full spectrum of supply chain operations, from demand planning and purchasing to order processing, payment workflows, and inventory management, ensuring seamless flow and preventing stockouts or bottlenecks.

**Strategic Planning & Risk Management**

-   Design and execute strategic supply chain initiatives that align with business objectives; perform comprehensive risk assessments across suppliers, production, inventory, and logistics, backed by robust contingency plans to guarantee supply continuity.

**Cross-Functional & US Team Collaboration**

-   Serve as the key PH liaison for US Supply Chain, Accounting, Sales, and Production teams, facilitating timely and transparent communication on operations, risks, and strategic priorities.
-   Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Production teams to sync efforts with business goals and drive collaborative problem-solving across departments.

**Supplier & Vendor Management**

-   Drive supplier excellence by ensuring adherence to quality, delivery, cost, and resilience standards; lead thorough evaluations alongside US and China teams to compare quotes, lead times, capacities, risks, and costs.
