**Work Setup:** On-site in BGC, Taguig

**Work Schedule:** Day Shift

The **Master Data Associate Manager** is responsible for supporting domain-level data quality, operational stewardship, and user support across assigned master data areas within the Manila office.

**Qualifications:**

-   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
-   Training in data management, business operations, or shared services desirable.
-   Willing to work Onsite
-   Willing to work in BGC Taguig
-   Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in master data operations, transactional processing, or related data management roles.
-   Experience working across one or more master data domains such as Material, Vendor, Customer, or Finance.
-   Demonstrated experience supporting data quality, issue resolution, or domain-level operational ownership.
-   Experience partnering with stakeholders in a process-driven operational environment.
-   Experience in shared services, GBS, or delivery centre environments desirable.

**Technical / Functional Skills:**

-   Good understanding of master data processes, controls, and validation requirements.
-   Strong attention to detail and ability to perform thorough checks on request data.
-   Ability to identify data quality issues, reporting trends, and recurring process gaps.
-   Working knowledge of ERP or workflow systems used for master data processing.
-   Ability to interpret SOPs, approvals, and request requirements consistently.
-   Strong reporting, issue management, and follow-up discipline.
