**Qualifications:**

-   College graduate in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
-   1 to 2 years of HR Shared Services, HR Helpdesk, CS or HR Operations experience.
-   Experience with HRIS, ticketing systems or case management tools is an advantage.
-   Strong communication and customer service skills.
-   Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
-   Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
-   Can start ASAP.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Respond to employee inquiries through phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
-   Provide guidance on payroll, benefits, leave, and HR policies.
-   Maintain accurate case documentation and employee records.
-   Process employee data updates and HR transactions.
-   Escalate complex issues to HR specialists and leaders as required.
-   Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
-   Support continuous improvement initiatives within the HR service delivery team.
