## Description

We are looking for Call Center Agents to join a fast growing account in Cebu. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Handles customer communication, order tracking, query resolution, E-shop order monitoring, and sales order updates
-   ERP / SAP applicationsto support logistics operations, including order processing, shipment tracking, inventory management, and sales order updates
-   Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
-   Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
-   Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
-   Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
-   Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs
-   Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
-   Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets

## Requirements

-   Must be a College Graduate, preferably with a Degree in Accounting or Business Management courses
-   Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience
-   Must have experience with ERP and SAP applications
-   Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
-   Amenable to work fully on-site in Cebu City
-   Amenable to work within Australian time zone and shifting schedule
-   Can start ASAP
