## Description

**Shift Schedule and Work Setup:** Dayshift, Fully Onsite (Schedule: 8AM - 5PM / 9AM - 6PM)

**Qualifications:**

-   Possess at least 3 years of practical experience with Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Time Deposits, or other banking-related functions.
-   Have experience managing end-to-end financial transactions? We highly appreciate that level of expertise!
-   Demonstrate a proven history of successfully managing projects with multiple stakeholders? That’s a significant advantage for us.

**Knowledge Area:**

-   Business analysis, uncovering key requirements, driving process improvements, crafting detailed business and technical documentation, strategic roadmap planning, providing essential testing support, and deep expertise in banking and financial services processes.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

-   Lead dynamic meetings with stakeholders and teams to clearly understand project objectives and effectively share insights.
-   Identify, analyze, and assess business and system challenges, uncover process enhancements, and spot automation opportunities.
-   Work collaboratively across departments to shape technical solutions and craft comprehensive business design documents and specifications.
-   Create standardized documentation templates while supporting roadmap development and helping prioritize key requirements.
-   Partner with QA teams by contributing to test planning and reviewing test cases to guarantee thorough requirement validation.

**Skills:**

-   Outstanding communication capabilities and a talent for stakeholder management, effectively bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
-   Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience crafting process flows, wireframes, user stories, and detailed technical documentation.
-   Expertise in prioritizing requirements, driving product roadmap planning, and a solid understanding of QA processes and test planning to ensure quality delivery.
-   Well-versed in documentation best practices and business analysis methodologies; holding a CBAP® certification will be considered a significant advantage.
