-   **Performance Management:** Keep a close eye on key metrics such as Average Handle Time, Customer Satisfaction, and booking accuracy to drive continuous improvement.
-   **Reporting & Analytics:** Develop and deliver insightful performance dashboards using Excel and other cutting-edge visualization tools.
