## Description

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join a fast growing Ride Sharing account in Anonas. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients by effectively addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with customer needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
-   Resolve customer issues and complaints focusing on first-call resolution
-   Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
-   Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes
-   Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
-   Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets

## Requirements

-   At least a high school graduate
-   Must have at least 12 months of solid BPO experience + 6 months of sales experience
-   Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
-   Amenable to work fully on-site in Anonas, Quezon City
-   Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule
-   Can start ASAP
