**Basic Qualifications / Requirements:**

-   Bachelors – Computer Science, IT, Engineering or any related course
-   Minimum RPA Tools Experience: ServiceNow, Genesys, Predictive intelligence, AI/ML/Azure, Python
-   Automation Anywhere Certification is a plus or preferred
-   Experience with SQL or .Net or Intelligent Automation (IA) are all pluses/preferred.
-   Minimum 4+ years experience as an Business Analyst is required
-   Master Certification on Any RPA tool is preferred
-   Willing to work ONSITE in BGC Taguig

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline creation
-   Good knowledge of \*Automation\*, \*RPA\*, and \*AI\* solutions
-   Exposure to platforms like \*ServiceNow\*, \*Genesys\*, Copilot, Power Platform and related tools
-   Strong \*stakeholder management\* and collaboration skills
-   Support in \*proposal creation\* and solution design
-   Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to deliver value
