**Working Setup:**

-   100% Onsite (BGC Taguig)

**Work Hours:**

-   11PM to 8AM

**Responsibilities:**

-   **Team Leadership:** Lead, train, and coach inside sales team; Manage KPIs through reviews and action plans.
-   **Sales Operations:** Generate new accounts via outbound prospecting; Support campaigns; Close deals; Maintain CRM accuracy.
-   **Process Improvement:** Identify gaps; Collaborate cross-functionally to solve issues and sales escalations.
-   **Reporting & Analysis:** Prepare sales reports; Analyze trends to guide coaching and strategy enhancements.

**Requirements:**

-   High School graduate
-   Excellent English communication
-   At least 3 years of experience in contact center (B2B/SaaS)
-   At least 2 years tenure in Supervisory role
-   Proven ability to coach others and manage conflict constructively
-   Team/operations scaling experience.
-   Proficient in multitasking, tools, and Google Suite applications.
