## Description

We are seeking Healthcare Representatives to join a growing team in Taguig City. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and support.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare inquiries, scheduling, and patient support
-   Assist customers with questions about insurance coverage, benefits, and claims
-   Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, protocols, and procedures
-   Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve patient issues in a timely manner
-   Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
-   Educate customers on available health plans and services
-   Achieve performance metrics and contribute to team goals

## Requirements

-   Must be a College Graduate with a degree in healthcare-related courses (Pharmacy, Medicine/Alternative Medicine, Nursing and Life Sciences)
-   Must have at least 3 months of relevant experience
-   Knowledge with clinical terms and pharmacovigilance is a plus
-   Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
-   Amenable to work on a full onsite work set-up in Taguig City
-   Amenable to work on shifting schedule
