**Qualifications:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
-   15+ years of background experience in finance
-   Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager
-   Active CPA license/certification required
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide financial insights to support executive decision-making
-   Ability to make timely and informed decisions in a fast-paced business environment
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to executives and non-finance stakeholders
-   Strong strategic planning and financial management capabilities
-   Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
-   Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and financial management tools

**Job Highlights:**

-   Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.
-   Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
-   Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
