**Non-negotiable Requirements:**

-   At least 5 years of in-house e-commerce product management experience

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

-   Lead the PH Web Management team by effectively coordinating priorities and workloads across all web functions.
-   Take charge of the web optimization roadmap, transforming US business requests into clear, actionable tasks.
-   Craft detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure all web changes are sprint-ready and impactful.
-   Serve as the vital link between the team and engineering, expertly managing handoffs and tracking sprint outcomes.
-   Partner closely with Merchandising to drive successful campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and category strategies.
-   Collaborate with the Analyst to co-own the experimentation roadmap—planning tests, sequencing experiments, and delivering insightful reports.
-   Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
-   Perform competitive analysis and market benchmarking (with management approval) to strategically inform and enhance the roadmap.
