**Responsibilities:**

-   **Operational Oversight:** Take charge of daily operations across diverse business lines, expertly handling business analysis and vendor partnerships.
-   **Performance Management:** Drive consistent achievement of KPIs with a strong emphasis on service levels, customer satisfaction, and quality excellence.
-   **Strategic Planning:** Play a key role in shaping long-term strategies, delivering insightful project reports, and leading change control initiatives.

## Requirements

**Shift Schedule:** Night shift,

**Work Setup:** Hybrid Setup (3x/week Onsite, Weekends off) in McKinley Hill, Taguig

**Qualifications:**

-   Bachelor's or master's degree and relevant industry experience.
-   Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, preferably with international organizations having global in-house delivery.
-   At least 5 years of Operations Management experience at a managerial level
-   Must have experience in handling **healthcare insurance** accounts in a Global Capability Center.
