**Qualifications:**

-   College graduate / Completed 1st Year
-   3 years’ experience in order management, customer service or related operational roles
-   Relevant training in customer operations, order management, or business operations.
-   Experience working with stakeholders in a process driven environment preferred.
-   Experience in Shared services, GBS or delivery centre environment is an advantage.
-   Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
-   Can start ASAP.

**Responsibilities:**

-   The Order Management Specialist is responsible for processing domestic and export orders accurately and on time, while supporting customer queries and day-to-day stakeholder coordination across the order process.
-   The role works closely with warehouses, Sales, Customer Excellence, and Export documentation stakeholders to ensure orders are entered correctly, issues are managed promptly, and service levels are maintained across a distinct system and process environment.
-   The role plays an important part in delivering reliable execution and strong operational support across the combined domestic and export order scope.
