## Description

**Working Setup:**

-   100% Onsite (BGC Taguig)

**Work Hours:**

-   11PM to 8AM

**Responsibilities:**

-   **Onboarding & Program Delivery:** Lead end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including training on tools, processes, and role-specific skills.
-   **Training & Development:** Design and enhance training programs to address skill gaps and support employee growth through coaching and upskilling.
-   **Performance Support & Evaluation:** Monitor onboarding and training effectiveness through metrics, assess learner performance with feedback, and refine programs based on data and business priorities.
-   **Process Improvement & Documentation:** Standardize onboarding and training for consistency and scalability and to update training materials and knowledge bases.
-   **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Collaborate with HR, Sales, and Operations to align training with business goals and serve as the onboarding support contact.

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor's Degree required
-   Excellent English communication
-   At least 5 years experience in contact center (B2B/SaaS)
-   At least 3 years tenure in Training
-   Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking training effectiveness and KPIs.
-   At least 3 years of experience in training, onboarding, learning & development, or related roles.
