### **Summary:**

Experienced Business Analyst (5+ years) with strong knowledge of mortgage products in banking, responsible for gathering requirements, improving processes, and supporting delivery of mortgage solutions.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Gather and document business and system requirements
-   Analyze mortgage processes (origination, underwriting, servicing)
