## Description

Purpose:

To develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications by delivering secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions while contributing to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

-   Develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications according to business requirements. 

-   Participate in technical design, system enhancements, and application development activities. 

-   Build and integrate APIs, backend services, databases, and user interfaces. 

-   Resolve application defects, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize application performance. 

-   Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps, and infrastructure teams throughout the development lifecycle. 

-   Ensure software complies with security, coding, and quality standards. 

-   Perform unit testing, code reviews, and technical documentation. 

-   Support production releases and post-deployment activities. 

-   Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and development best practices. 

-   Keep current with modern development technologies and recommend practical enhancements.

## Requirements

### QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

-   Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field**.
-   **5+ years of experience** in software development, with proven experience in enterprise applications.
-   Strong expertise in **backend or frontend development**, with good understanding of full-stack technologies.
-   Strong experience in **API development, databases, and system integration**.
-   Proficiency in relevant **programming languages and development frameworks**.
-   Strong knowledge of **software design principles, coding standards, security, and performance optimization**.
-   Experience with **unit testing, code reviews, debugging, and technical documentation**.
-   Experience working with **Agile/Scrum development methodologies** and cross-functional teams.
-   Experience supporting **production releases and resolving critical application issues**.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-   Experience in **Banking, FinTech, or Payment environments** is preferred.
