### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced **Mobile Banking – T24 Software Tester** to join our banking technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing and validating Mobile Banking applications integrated with Temenos T24 Core Banking System, ensuring high-quality software delivery, seamless customer experience, and compliance with banking standards.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for Mobile Banking applications.
-   Perform end-to-end testing of Mobile Banking transactions integrated with Temenos T24 Core Banking.
-   Validate Retail Banking functionalities including:

-   Account Management
-   Fund Transfers
-   Bill Payments
-   Beneficiary Management
-   Card Services
-   Mobile Authentication

-   Execute Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, UAT, and API Testing.
-   Verify integration between Mobile Banking channels and T24 Core Banking modules.
-   Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), and User Stories.
-   Identify, document, and track software defects using defect management tools.
-   Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Project Managers to resolve issues.
-   Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
-   Validate security, authentication, and authorization scenarios.
-   Support production releases and post-deployment verification.
-   Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint testing activities.
-   Prepare test reports, test evidence, and quality documentation.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
-   4 –7 years of Software Testing experience in Banking.
-   Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 Core Banking System.
-   Strong experience in Mobile Banking application testing.
-   Solid understanding of Banking Operations and Retail Banking products.
-   Experience with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar).
-   Experience in API Testing using Postman or SoapUI.
-   Good knowledge of SQL for database validation.
-   Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

### Preferred Skills

-   Experience with Internet Banking and Digital Banking channels.
-   Knowledge of Automation Testing tools (Selenium, Appium, or similar) is a plus.
-   Understanding of Core Banking integrations and middleware.
-   Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
-   Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
