**Infrastructure Administrator – Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦**

We are looking for an **Infrastructure Administrator** to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

**Job Overview:**  
The Infrastructure Administrator will be responsible for supporting enterprise infrastructure operations, ensuring system availability, security compliance, and effective administration of Windows/Linux environments and infrastructure platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Install, configure, and maintain infrastructure components across Windows and Linux environments.
-   Perform system administration activities including OS configuration, patching, hardening, and troubleshooting.
-   Deploy and manage enterprise monitoring, backup, security, and endpoint management tools.
-   Support infrastructure security controls and ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
-   Monitor system health, availability, and performance using enterprise monitoring solutions.
-   Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes aligned with ITIL practices.
-   Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities.
-   Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for infrastructure incidents and implement corrective actions.
-   Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and configuration baselines.
-   Support automation initiatives using scripting tools.

**Requirements:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
-   4–8 years of experience in infrastructure or system administration.
-   Hands-on experience with:

-   Windows Server and Linux administration
-   Server troubleshooting and system hardening
-   Monitoring and security agents deployment
-   Backup and recovery solutions
-   Virtualization platforms
-   PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting

-   Experience working in enterprise or banking environments is preferred.
-   Knowledge of SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, NCA ECC, PDPL, and NDMO is preferred.
-   Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
