### Senior .NET Developer (Offshore)

### Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer (Offshore) to join our remote engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Microsoft .NET technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across different time zones, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
-   Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services.
-   Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver software solutions.
-   Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
-   Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
-   Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
-   Participate in system architecture, technical design, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
-   Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
-   Ensure high-quality deliverables while working effectively in a remote, offshore environment.

### Required Qualifications

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
-   5+ years of professional experience in .NET application development.
-   Strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web API development.
-   Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and SQL Server.
-   Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture.
-   Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
-   Proficiency with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD tools.
-   Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
-   Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-   Proven experience working with distributed or offshore teams.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.
-   Familiarity with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus.
-   Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Blazor.
-   Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and DevOps practices.
-   Microsoft certifications are a plus.
