## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Banking (SME)** to support strategic and advisory initiatives within the banking and financial services domain. This role is **advisory-based** and focuses on **strategy, analytics, transformation, and commercial optimization**, rather than traditional IT implementation or operational support.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide senior-level **banking domain expertise** across one or more areas:
-   Retail Banking
-   Corporate Banking
-   Wealth Management
-   Banking Ecosystem Monetization
-   Support **strategy formulation, business analysis, and transformation initiatives** for banking clients.
-   Contribute to **commercial optimization initiatives**, including revenue growth, cost efficiency, and performance improvement.
-   Participate in **workshops, executive discussions, and stakeholder engagements** to provide expert insights and recommendations.
-   Review and validate business cases, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
-   Collaborate with consulting and internal teams to ensure banking best practices are applied.
-   Prepare and review **high-quality presentations, reports, and advisory documents** for senior stakeholders.

## Requirements

-   Strong senior-level experience within **banking or financial services**.
-   Proven expertise in **banking strategy, transformation, or commercial optimization** initiatives.
-   **Consulting background is strongly preferred**, particularly in banking or financial services projects.
-   Experience engaging with **senior stakeholders and client-facing roles**.
-   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-   Ability to articulate complex banking concepts clearly and concisely.
-   Riyadh-based or willing to work in Riyadh.
-   Fluent in **Arabic and English** (written and spoken).
