## Description

**Support the end-to-end implementation of the Group Cross-Sell road map including**

-   Coordinate and track implementation activities, milestones, and deliverables.
-   Support Strategic client nomination, target setting, BSC and rules of engagement.
-   Monitor Cross Sell Performance, referrals, KPIs, and management dashboard.
-   Identify implementation gaps, dependencies and issues, and support timely escalation and resolution.

## Requirements

**Required Skill Set:**

-   Strong Banking and business understanding.
-   Strong project implementation and stakeholder management skills
-   Strong analytical and performance management capabilities.
-   Strong Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint skills.
-   Strong communication and coordination skills.
