**JOB PURPOSE & SUMMARY**

The Senior Strategy Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth, organizational transformation, and operational excellence. This position requires an analytical thinker capable of diagnosing complex business challenges, designing comprehensive operating models, and guiding executive leadership through critical transition phases. The ideal candidate will combine high-level strategic foresight with structural execution discipline.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

## Requirements

**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**

**Experience**: Formally verified 4 to 8 years of progressive professional experience.

**Sector Expertise:** A solid background rooted in a top-tier management consulting firm, a corporate banking strategy department, or an enterprise-wide transformation unit.
