**Taylor Management Company**, a trusted leader in community association management in New Jersey, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented **Part-Time Violations Inspector** for an 804-unit condominium community in Brick, NJ.

As part of the Taylor Management team, you will play an important role in helping maintain the community’s appearance, uphold established community rules and regulations, and support a positive living environment for residents. The ideal candidate is observant, organized, professional, and comfortable working outdoors while walking or traveling throughout the property.

**Position Details:**

-   **Schedule:** Three days per week, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
-   **Pay Rate:** $20 per hour
-   **Location:** Brick, NJ
-   **Transportation:** A Kubota utility vehicle is available for property inspections.
-   **Certification:** No certification required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Conduct routine property inspections to identify potential violations of community rules and regulations.
-   Document and report findings to community management accurately and promptly.
-   Observe property conditions and report maintenance or appearance concerns as appropriate.
