**High-Rise Property Manager – Morristown, NJ**  
**Salary: $80,000 annually**

Taylor Management Company is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a high-rise residential community in Morristown, NJ.

Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, boilers, plumbing, electrical, elevators, and fire and life safety systems.

Responsibilities include:

-   Managing daily building operations, maintenance staff, and vendors.
-   Overseeing preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and capital projects.
-   Preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, and reviewing financial reports.
-   Working closely with the Board and communicating professionally with residents.
-   Responding to building emergencies and coordinating timely repairs.
