**Superintendent for High-Rise Building**

Taylor Management is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a high-rise residential building. The Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring the building's systems and common areas are well-maintained, responding promptly to resident requests, and coordinating with contractors and vendors.

This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems.
-   Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and external contractors.
-   Respond promptly to tenant maintenance requests and emergencies.
-   Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
-   Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
-   Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
-   Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 5 years experience as a Superintendent or Maintenance Supervisor, preferably in a high-rise residential building.
-   Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and boilers.
-   Ability to effectively manage and supervise staff and contractors.
-   Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
-   Strong communication and customer service skills.
-   Availability to respond to emergency situations as needed.
-   Valid driver’s license.
-   Black Seal License preferred but not required.
