Taylor Management Company seeks an experienced full-time Onsite Community Manager for a 382-unit condominium association in Lawrence Township, NJ. Salary: $75,000–$80,000 annually.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily community operations, coordinating contractors, addressing resident concerns, and working closely with the Board of Directors.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, eight hours per day, with monthly Board meetings on the third Tuesday.
