### Italian-Speaking Technical Support Analyst

**Smart Mobility Industry | Hybrid after training**

Do you speak **Italian and English** and enjoy solving technical problems?

Join our international Technical Support team and support customers of one of the world’s leading smart mobility brands. You’ll help users with products such as **electric scooters, mobile applications, Bluetooth connectivity, and connected devices**.

### What you'll do

-   Provide customer support in **Italian and English** via phone, chat, and email/tickets
-   Troubleshoot issues related to mobile applications, Bluetooth, connectivity, and smart devices
-   Guide customers through product features and functionalities
-   Take ownership of customer cases from first contact to resolution
-   Escalate more complex technical cases when necessary
-   Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions

## Requirements

### What we're looking for

-   Fluent **Italian (C1 level)** and confident **English (B2 level)**
-   Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-   Interest in technology and willingness to learn
-   Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
-   Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage, but not essential
