As a **Technical Support Analyst**, you'll assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email while developing valuable customer service and communication skills in an international environment.

### What you'll do

-   Provide customer support in Spanish and English via phone, chat, and email.
-   Help customers with product features, mobile applications, and basic technical issues.
-   Troubleshoot Bluetooth connectivity and smart device-related questions.
-   Escalate more complex technical issues when necessary.
-   Document customer interactions accurately.
-   Deliver a positive customer experience.

## Requirements

### What we're looking for

-   University student status.
-   Fluent Spanish (C1) and confident English (B2) communication skills.
-   Strong communication and customer-oriented attitude.
-   Interest in technology and problem-solving.
-   Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
-   Ability to work on-site in Debrecen.
-   Valid Hungarian work permit if applicable.
