**About the Role**

Are you a student looking to gain valuable customer service experience in an international environment? We are looking for a **German-speaking Student Technical Support Analyst** to join our team and help deliver an excellent customer experience.

-   Advanced German language skills (C1 level or higher).
-   Communicative English language skills (B2 level or higher).

-   Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
