### Spanish-Speaking Technical Support Analyst

Are you fluent in Spanish and English and interested in technology?

Join our international team supporting one of the world's leading smart mobility brands, helping customers use innovative products including electric scooters, mobile applications, and connected devices.

As a Technical Support Analyst, you'll assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email while working in a modern international environment in either Budapest or Debrecen.

### What you'll do

-   Provide customer support in **Spanish and English** via phone, chat, and email.
-   Troubleshoot issues related to mobile applications, Bluetooth connectivity, and smart devices.
-   Guide customers through product features and functionalities.
-   Escalate complex technical cases when needed.
-   Take ownership of customer cases from first contact to resolution.
-   Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal processes.

## Requirements

### What we're looking for

-   Fluent **Spanish (C1)** and confident **English (B2)** communication skills.
-   Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
-   Interest in technology and problem-solving.
-   Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
-   Ability to work on-site in either Budapest or Debrecen.
-   Valid Hungarian work permit if applicable.
