**Student Position - English-Speaking Customer Logistics Specialist**

**Looking for an opportunity to gain international work experience while studying?**

As a **Customer Logistics Specialist**, you'll play an essential role in helping customers throughout their delivery journey. This is more than a traditional customer service role – you'll gain exposure to the fast-paced world of logistics and supply chain operations while working closely with transport, warehouse, and delivery teams.

Location: _Debrecen, Vezér str. 39. (Tudáspark)_

Work Mode: Onsite, from our office

Working Hours: 8:00 – 20:00

Employment type**:** Student, 20 hours / week

**What will you do?**

-   Provide customer support for shipment and delivery enquiries via **email and chat**
-   Track parcels and investigate delivery-related issues
-   Handle customer cases and requests in a timely and professional manner
-   Process delivery amendments and maintain accurate customer records
-   Work closely with logistics and operational teams to find solutions

## Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

**What are we looking for?**

-   **C1 level English**, with strong written communication skills
-   A customer-focused and helpful attitude
-   Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-   A proactive, organized and detail-oriented approach
-   Confidence using computers and learning new systems
-   Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
-   Motivation to gain professional experience in an international environment
-     High school diploma or equivalent.

**Previous BPO, customer support, helpdesk or a similar role is an advantage, but it is not required.**
