### Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Budapest

**Location:** Budapest

Do you speak **European Portuguese fluently** and enjoy helping customers and solving problems?

We are looking for Portuguese-speaking colleagues to join an international customer support team in Budapest. In this role, you will support customers of a well-known consumer technology brand and help them with product-related questions and everyday technical issues.

### What will you do?

-   Provide professional customer support in **Portuguese**
-   Assist customers with product-related questions and technical issues
-   Understand the customer's problem and guide them towards the right solution
-   Support customers with basic troubleshooting
-   Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
-   Cooperate with other teams when further assistance is required
-   Ensure a professional and positive customer experience

## Requirements

### What are we looking for?

-   **Fluent Portuguese language skills**
-   Confident **English communication skills**
-   Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-   Customer-focused and patient approach
-   Interest in technology and willingness to learn
-   Ability to work independently and as part of an international team

Previous experience in **customer service, technical support, helpdesk or a similar role** is an advantage.
