**What You'll Do**

-   **Deliver excellent IT support** to end users across phone, in-person, and online channels, ensuring a smooth and positive user experience.
-   **Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues** efficiently, keeping incidents on track and meeting agreed SLAs.
-   **Keep IT services running smoothly** through system monitoring, routine maintenance, audits, and effective management of support queues and shared resources.

## Requirements

**What You Bring**

-   Solid understanding of I.T systems and infrastructure;
-   Experience with ticketing/logging systems;
-   Excellent skills covering IT areas such as: VoIP, Networking, VPN, RDP, Lan Protocols (TCP/IP), Patching, etc...;
-   Proven experience with operating systems: Microsoft O/S, iOS, MacOS, Linux

**Languages:**

-   Fluent English
