As a Technical Support Analyst, you'll assist French-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email while working in a modern international environment in Budapest.

🕘 **Working hours:** Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00  
🏢 **Work model:** Full on-site

### What you'll do

-   Provide customer support in **French and English** via phone, chat, and email.
-   Troubleshoot issues related to mobile applications, Bluetooth connectivity, and smart devices.
-   Guide customers through product features and functionalities.
-   Escalate complex technical cases when needed.
-   Take ownership of customer cases from first contact to resolution.
-   Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal processes.

## Requirements

### What we're looking for

-   Fluent **French (C1)** and confident **English (B2)** communication skills.
-   Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
-   Interest in technology and problem-solving.
-   Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
-   Ability to work on-site in Budapest.
-   Valid Hungarian work permit if applicable.
