Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and scale global revenue growth. The CRO will be responsible for driving net-new revenue, expanding existing client relationships, and aligning sales, marketing, and customer success functions to maximize revenue performance.

This executive will play a critical role in shaping go-to-market strategy, building high-performing sales teams, and strengthening relationships with enterprise clients across target industries.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in enterprise sales leadership, complex deal cycles, and global delivery models, with a strong track record of driving significant revenue growth in a services or technology-enabled environment.

  
**Primary Job Responsibilities:**

**Revenue Strategy & Growth**

-   Develop and execute the company’s global revenue strategy aligned with overall business objectives.

-   Drive net-new logo acquisition, revenue expansion, and long-term client growth.

-   Establish revenue targets and ensure consistent attainment across sales and client success teams.

-   Identify new markets, industries, and service offerings to accelerate revenue growth.

**Sales Leadership**

-   Lead and scale a high-performing enterprise sales organization.

-   Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, including prospecting, pipeline development, negotiation, and deal closure.

-   Implement structured sales methodologies and performance metrics to optimize pipeline health and forecasting accuracy.

-   Drive large, complex enterprise deal strategies with C-suite stakeholders.

**Client Growth & Strategic Accounts**

-   Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

-   Partner with delivery and operations teams to ensure strong client satisfaction and retention.

-   Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and increase wallet share.

**Go-To-Market Strategy**

-   Align sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success under a unified revenue strategy.

-   Collaborate with marketing to develop effective demand generation and brand positioning.

-   Guide pricing strategies, value propositions, and competitive positioning.

**Organizational Leadership**

-   Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and revenue teams.

-   Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration.

-   Establish revenue operations processes including forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI tracking.

**Desired Skills/Qualifications:**

-   Background in BPO, CX services, digital transformation, SaaS, or technology-enabled services.

-   Experience driving revenue growth in global or multi-region organizations.

-   Track record of exceeding revenue targets in complex, competitive markets.

## Requirements

-   15+ years of experience in enterprise sales and revenue leadership roles.

-   Proven success leading large revenue organizations and scaling revenue growth.

-   Demonstrated ability to close large, complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise deals.

-   Experience selling services, outsourcing, technology, or digital transformation solutions.

-   Deep understanding of global delivery models (onshore, nearshore, offshore).

-   Strong executive presence with experience selling to C-suite decision makers.

-   Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams in high-growth environments.
