## Description

TDS Global Solutions is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a global customer experience (CX) and digital transformation company committed to delivering exceptional, personalized services to clients worldwide.

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic leader to join our client as a Senior Vice President (SVP) or Executive Vice President (EVP) of Corporate Development. This executive will play a critical role in shaping the company's growth trajectory through mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic partnerships, and other corporate initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading corporate development activities within technology-enabled services, BPO, or digital transformation sectors. This is a confidential search.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Drive the company’s corporate development strategy including identifying, evaluating, and executing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments.
-   Lead due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and integration planning processes.
-   Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align corporate development initiatives with overall business strategy.
-   Develop and manage relationships with potential partners, targets, and financial stakeholders.
-   Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and growth opportunity assessments to inform strategic decisions.
-   Manage internal cross-functional teams involved in deal execution and integration.

## Requirements

-   15+ years of senior leadership experience in corporate development, strategy, or investment banking.
-   Proven track record of successfully leading M&A transactions and integrations in BPO, CX, technology, or digital transformation companies.
-   Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and financial analysis skills.
-   Experience working with private equity, venture capital, or strategic investors preferred.
-   Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects and deal processes simultaneously.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
-   Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
