## Requirements

-   Candidates must have recent Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience working directly for a Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center, or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization.
-   Experience supporting one or more HR disciplines, including Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, HR Business Partnership, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, or People Operations.
-   Demonstrated success supporting the unique talent needs of Customer Experience organizations, including high-volume recruiting, operational scaling, rapid growth, or multi-site workforce environments.
-   Experience supporting high-volume, fast-paced, or multi-site business environments.
-   Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, employee lifecycle processes, and HR best practices.
-   Experience partnering with business leaders to support hiring strategies, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
-   Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional candidate and employee experiences.
-   Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruiting technologies.
-   Authorized to work in the United States.
