## Description

We are seeking a highly technical and customer-focused Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to lead the implementation and deployment of enterprise Voice AI solutions. This individual will work directly with enterprise customers to design, build, integrate, and launch production-ready AI solutions within complex customer environments.

The ideal candidate combines strong full-stack engineering expertise with exceptional communication and client-facing skills. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, AI, product, and customer delivery, requiring someone who can translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Voice AI and conversational AI implementations, from initial prototyping through production deployment.
-   Design and build full-stack integrations using Python and JavaScript with enterprise systems such as CRMs, ERPs, scheduling platforms, and other customer technology.
-   Serve as a technical expert on Voice AI, LLMs, prompting strategies, and AI agent development.
-   Partner with Sales and customer stakeholders to gather requirements, develop prototypes and demos, and present technical solution designs.
-   Scope technical projects, identify and resolve implementation blockers, manage technical risks, and communicate project status clearly to stakeholders.
-   Develop reusable technical patterns, integrations, tools, and platform components that can accelerate future customer deployments.
-   Translate customer and field feedback into actionable recommendations for Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams.

## Requirements

-   5+ years of professional experience, ideally within customer-facing engineering, solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, or similar technical roles.
-   Experience working in customer-facing technical environments, preferably across multiple startup organizations or with meaningful tenure within a large technology company.
-   Strong hands-on development experience with Python and JavaScript.
-   Experience with modern web technologies and frameworks, including React and Node.js.
-   Demonstrated ability to build and deploy integrations between software platforms and enterprise systems.
-   Strong understanding of LLMs, generative AI, conversational AI, prompting, and AI-powered applications.
-   Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
-   Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and taking ownership of projects from initial concept through production.
-   Strong customer-facing presence with the ability to build credibility with enterprise technical and business stakeholders.

### Preferred Experience

-   Experience implementing Voice AI or conversational AI solutions within contact center/CX environments.
-   Experience integrating AI solutions with CRM, ERP, scheduling, or other enterprise platforms.
-   Background working directly with enterprise customers on complex technical deployments.
-   Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
-   Experience creating reusable solutions or technical frameworks from individual customer implementations.
