Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic sales leader to join our client as a Director or Vice President of Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading and managing the sales organization, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with customers across multiple industries.

As a key member of the leadership team, the Director or VP of Sales will work closely with marketing, operations, and executive management to ensure alignment on sales strategies and business objectives.

## Requirements

-   10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in BPO, technology-enabled services, or digital transformation industries.
-   Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
-   Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
-   Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-   Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and accurately forecast sales pipelines.
-   Experience working with enterprise clients and complex sales cycles.
